Identify polluters and how much each owes Washington.
Step 3: Send Big Oil the Bill
We will send the worst polluters the bill for their fair share of damages to Washington.
Step 4: Create the Polluters Pay Fund
The money from polluters will be used to make Washington healthy, affordable, and livable.
